It’s called stupidity.
Of course it is. Even the prosecutor himself doesn’t know how she died, admits he doesn’t know if the tape was actually over the mouth when she died, even putting dryer sheets or laundry detergent in you trunk will produce indications of chloroform and the detection device they used wasn’t even peer reviewed or proven anyway, and no one analysed the trash in the trunk to make sure that’s not where the smell could have come from. But by all that’s holy you know beyond a reasonable doubt even though you didn’t sit where those jurors sat.
