When even the queen of dole can't stand the sickness of Washington, you know it's bad! ... Frankly, I can see why she would want to take her daughters and move back into the mansion, away from the fishbowl of DC.
And for those wondering about Sarah, if she goes for the brass ring and moves into the White Hut, don't be surprised if Todd shuns DC to the max. Nice place to visit, but wouldn't want to live there.
