One of the problems in letting this sort of sociopath loose ~ either to a life term, or just loose out in public ~ is they WILL KILL AGAIN.
Incredibly suspicious for sure.
I hope and pray to God that this judge gives her every single day that he can.
This woman could contradict effectively that she was spawned from Haley’s Comet because her psychosis is so deep.
She’s back in the mating game. Maybe she’ll rack up a few more kills.
Duct cape can kill. Does so all the time. I’d show you but you’d get upset.
Why should the jury talk for free when they can sell their stories??
Her mother thinks she’s guilty.
She’s the type who will kill again.
Yep... We might as well pass a law saying NO ONE can be convicted of murder unless we have a videotape of them doing it.
The physical evidence in this case was not strong...
The circumstantial evidence in this case was overwhelming.
She may be free this week.... but NO ONE will convince me this witch didn't kill her daughter.
The Sheriff thinks he is talking to his demographic peeps. He warns that he will not tolerate riots etc. I had to laugh at his warnings.
Yes. Judge Pirro (sp?) was interrupted while talking about the professional make-up of the jury. All I heard was “no CEOs, no . . ..” And *bam* we’re switched to the defense team. Now we learn that the foreman (I refuse to use the grating “foreperson”) was a P.E. teacher with no children getting his masters in special ed. Gee, I wonder what his opinions on abortion are . . ..
This whole thing has been an abortion.
“If you go in to the legal system in America looking for justice, you will be disappointed. There you will only find the Law. Justice is to be found elsewhere.”
And the current laws are twisted, convoluted, and open to ample stretching and wild interpretation, also. There is no justice in this life, and we’re not even close to it in the U.S. court system anymore.
Most evidence is circumstantial. It depends on the type and how much to remove reasonable doubt.
I don’t know. I suggest you ask the moron who brought this case before a Grand Jury.
In the past, I worked with a woman that had a little girl and she was recently divorced from her husband. She never really acted like she was a parent until one day her daughter was sick and she had to bring her into the office.
The more time I spent with her, the more I felt/heard/saw the resentment she had with her daughter. She spoke so lowly of her as almost if she was an unbearable burden and a roadblock to her going out and doing her thing. Over the years, I saw a change and she started to become less resentful and eventually looked forward to being with her. I believe her daughter is entering middle school and they update their facebook page every few days with their misadventures.
I wonder if that could have happened in this case too. If she would have gotten over the resentment.
You’re probably right. She has a defective personality for sure.
They did put her in the klink...for 3 years. And video taped every visit with her parents.
Since the closing arguments I’ve been saying if I was on the jury I’d vote not guilty. But I didn’t think the jury would go that way.
You notice none of the prosecutors took any questions. The state’s lawyer and sheriff stood up there and patted themselves on the back. I would ask the proscutor “You laughed at Jose Biaz? Why are you not laughing now?”
And the sherif basically said “Don’t go harrass the Anthonys, who live on Hope Springs Dr.”
Do a search on google.com for "sociopath vs psychopath".
There are a number of write-ups on the two different conditions ~ degrees of the same condition ~ take your pick.
I like to think of sociopaths as acting before they think it out very much, and psychopaths thinking about it in considerable detail and figuring out how to act in the wrong way.
You might want to read about Aspbergers syndrome ~ in great detail ~ there are variations in that condition that are kind of frightening.
One alternative is this woman is too stupid to be allowed to run around loose.
>>The way I see it the whold family just got away will killing someone.<<
She’s not slipped past the Ten Commandments yet.
