This morning I listened to someone - I think filling in for Glenn Beck - give an interesting position on the facts of the case. He is an attorney who practiced for 10 years, then did something else (I don't remember what) and now is a talk show host.

He said that the police and the prosecuter had been outflanked by Casey. She knew that the longer she kept everyone from finding Kaylee, the less evidence they would be able to find. She lied to her parents, she lied to the police, she lied to everyone for 3 years. And, she was right, they found the little girls body, but there was no evidence - it had all deteroriated enough so that nothing could be proved.

Good afternoon. I trust you both are well, and had a wonderful Independence day.

Hazy, hot and humid here (3H's). Typical FL weather.

I just wanted to weigh in on the Anthony trial real quick. My theory is that Casey put Caylee in the back seat of her car with a piece of duct tape on her mouth so she could go and do drugs, and have sex with her boyfriend at his apartment. Problem was that she forgot about the child. In Florida during the summer, with the windows rolled up, the child probably boiled to death.

Casey (doped up, forgets about the child), comes out after about 6 hours, finds the child dead, then tries to decide how to get rid of the body. After a few days, she decides to tell her father. George Anthony, being a former homicide cop, fixes everything (that's why the prosecution had no physical evidence). Imho, if the coroner had preformed a complete autopsy (to include the skull), they may have had a cause of death.

Imo, the jury had enough circumstantial evidence to convict Casey of manslaughter. No way was the prosecution going to get murder one (or felony murder).

And what's worst, is that Casey Anthony will probably cash in (book, movie, etc.).

Sound plausible to you?

That's my take on this whole terrible affair.

Very plausible. I do not supose that we will ever know the full details of this case. I’m thankful that there is a Judge who judges all the thoughts and intentions of man from whom there is no escape or hiding.
