Why do you insist on calling the judge Yoda? Do you think a personal attack based on someone's body shape makes you seem more credible? Do you know this judge personally? Do you know the person he cheated on in the 90's or something?

Because he looks like Yoda and he violated the trust bestowed upon him by the Judicial system by having an illicit affair with a fellow law official. I don't have to know him. His violation is recorded all over the net.
