I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

I guess the old goat has got to do what he has got to do. But it must be infuriating to an exhausted jury. If the egomanical Baez had stopped an hour ago, they might have been able to take in what this guy is saying. I know I’m not listening.
As with most things, people tend to lose sight of the indisputable facts.
Caylee died while in the care of her mother, it was no accident, and that can be proven by the fact that no emergency services were ever called to try and revive Caylee at any time under any circumstances. Instead Mommy partied and tried to hide the truth from her family. This is just what Susan Smith did. May have been a different method, but the outcome was the same for pretty much the same reasons.
It really is very easy.
May I clarify? My post did not reflect on the substance of the trial, the evidence, whether or not guilt has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
I would judge the testimony of Spitz based on his credentials and the substance of his testimony, not because he was involved in the Kennedy and MLK cases.

But the real joke is the horrible defense but on by Jose Baez.

Didn’t someone post on an earlier thread that the parents of the young man killed in the car crash were now asking for DNA testing to determine of their son was the father?
I hope for LWOP. If she goes free, she is capable and cunning enough to kill her parents or possibly another child someday. If she is set free surely George and Cindy could’t let her move in again. I would be afraid of her, if I were them.
I think Casey may have started out on the family dogs. They sure had a lot of them. I also think she experminted with cloroform on the one that Cindy said she was doing reseach on because dog was so tired all the time

I didn’t see it but apparently he was a real LOSER in the Phil Spector Case too.
Obviously he has long passed his prime.
Spitz gets paid a pretty penny for his testimony. He is not doing it as a public service.

My take too, and I hope they have a very SHORT 15 minutes.
I agree with you.The defense is doing a good job.It’s hard to defend nothing.She has given us nothing.Hopefully the jury will do their homework and find her guilty.

Highlight the text, right click with your mouse. Select copy, hit “reply” and when the window comes up set your cursor in the reply box. Right click and select paste. I like putting quotation marks around the copied text as I did yours.
Isn’t their time up yet? The jurors might let casey go just because of the abuse of being bored to death by Mason
