Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.

I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.

I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

MISTRIAL. Baez had the jury eating out of his hand in a trance and Ashton caused a mistrial on purpose. If I was on the jury NOT GUILTY ALL COUNTS> Ashton may get disbarred over this display.

Maybe so. Time will tell. Regardless I know this was a set up. This is the only way shoddy lawyers like Baez know how to practice law. However, most of them don’t make as many other big errors as Baez had done and at the end of this trial Baez will be lucky to still have a law license. Ashton won’t have to worry on that count.

No judge is going to rule contempt of court on both lawyers. Judge says look at video before he gives his ruling.

I dunno, Ashton for contempt. Baez lost all his momentum because of how he called Ashton out. Very unprofessional. but the judge put an end to it, that’s for sure. You know the judge jailed a guy for 6 days and 400.00 fine for flipping the bird.

This court is the judges and lets people know it!

I think she was dead when Casey left with her that day.I think she took the shovel to get the bag out of the trunk and toss it in the woods.Then she rinsed it off back by the playhouse -hence the odor hit-.
