Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

I have a daughter and to be honest I had some Casey-like problems with her when she was in puberty...from ages 11 to maybe 17 or 18 and then she matured and the lying and skipping school and sneaking around just stopped. Oh, I admit I was on her case and cracking down on her all the time and I think that had something to do with the change in behavior but so did just plain growing up.
IMO Casey is developmentally arrested at about the age of 12 or 13 and probably will never mature further.
Say what you will, they are both going to be slammed by the court for not obeying its order. They could be taken off the case, they could be referred to the bar for disciplinary action, there could be a mistrial. That was a serious breach of professional conduct in the summation of a very serious trial.

I’m not sure, but he was on either CNN or MSNBC during the Clinton impeachment days. I couldn’t stand him then, but I actually like him now that he’s come over to the dark side. :-)
