Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

So I wonder why their daughter/grand daughter drown and they made it look like a murder, instead of calling an ambulance?

No it makes you a blowhard opining without having heard what the legit jurors/posters on this thread learned throughout the trial in this case.
You can rail ad nauseum in your anti-authoritarian rants, and would be excused immediately from any jury pool. Guess you haven’t experienced enough crime in your own life if you fear “the Man” more than criminals.
I'd like to know more about the June 15th fight between Cindy and Caylee. I think the dam burst that day with Cindy putting up with Casey's irresponsible BS and that's when she called her an unfit mother. I think she also laid down the law with her and told her she wanted her to knock off the partying and start raising the kid. Remember, Cindy was working AND helping with Caylee. I believe Casey stomped off in a huff with an "I'll show you" attitude. I think we can fill in the blanks from that point on.
JMO.
I have asked defense attorneys, judges, and everyday lawyers and other people if they believe Casey is guilty. The ONLY people who think Casey is innocent are people who have either been in jail or have family members in jail. That is my scientific experiment. I didn’t get a government grant like Harvard either.

I agree totally with you. The duct tape application was after the fact to keep fluids from leaking out of the nose,ears and mouth. GUILTY of 2nd degree murder with aggravated child abuse! Equals the death penalty in Florida.

I think this chick was keeping her daughter “knocked out” with chloroform.... and she over dosed her. Prob by accident. Then freaked out. But it’s murder to me. If that was the case, at some point, she should have admitted to it instead of telling a dozen stories. The whole drown deal enough being presented in court is enough to convict in my opinion.

Lets say you have an ADHD kid. Let’s say that kid attacks your daughter, who is ten, six years his junior. Let’s say you stop the teenager.
You get thrown in jail.

People love conspiracies..I bet some still think Scott Peterson is 100 percent innocent too..he had less evidence against him then there is against Casey Anthony..seriously this case is SO damn simple an 8 year old can figure it out..but people love to sensationalize and make something out of nothing..this case is simple..she didn’t want Caylee anymore, she wanted to spite her mother who she hated, she was tired of all of the attention that Caylee was getting and the jig was up on all of the lies she was spewing..her goose was cooked so she decided to get rid of what she saw was a huge burden in her life and get her life back so she can party all day and party all night

I agree that that incident was the catalyst in Casey having to "fix" her situation. I believe she was already discovering that Caylee talking was going to be a problem and then Mom blows up at her. As bad as Cindy is, I wouldn't want to go through the rest of my life thinking, "if only I hadn't gotten mad a Casey that day, Caylee would still be with us".
I’m still not sure if it was pre or post mortem. From the evidence it’s hard to know for sure. If it was post, it was very soon after death (within 2-3 days) before she was dumped in woods.
I read in the timeline (though don’t think it ever made it into evidence because of hearsay) that she said to friends(s) in a joking way how you can knock a kid out- put her to sleep while you party.
That's my theory, too.
