Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.
Let me know if you want on or off the ping list.
Hey Baez, how did Caylee get from the pool to the swamp? Who took her there?
Yes, we are of like mind regarding the female prosecutor. Like you said, strategy perhaps.
It was still on her skull, hello? the DNA between her skull and the tape washed away? How does that work?
Casey never wanted Caylee to begin with..she wanted to put her up for adoption..when Caylee was born Casey didn’t even hold her..she had NO feeling for this child..she was only a burden to her..also Casey is extremely jealous..she hated the fact that people were paying attention to Caylee, she couldn’t stand it..even yesterday on Pirro’s show Tracy(The bodyguard for Casey after she was released on bond) said they were looking at baby pictures of Caylee and Casey came over and put over those photos pictures of her when she was a baby..she hated the attention Caylee got, getting rid of her was her way of getting that attention put back on her
Your doubts, since you haven’t heard the evidence presented, are irrelevant. Posters on this thread who have followed the trial in some depth say the lack on DNA on the duct tape was explained by the prosecution. Your doubts result from ignorance of the evidence.
Whose DNA are you looking for on the tape? Do you doubt the skull is Caylee?
We are also of like mind regarding your tag line. LOL
Thanks for stating the squirrels in the car story regarding the stench. I remember seeing the report but was having trouble with the parties involved.
Interesting theory, fatima.
This chick is going down... This story is just sad sad sad
The reason there was no DNA left on the duct tape (not even Caylee’s DNA) is that the body was exposed to the elements of summer in Florida (for SIX months) and was un water for part of that time. The elements destroyed the DNA.
Evidence about her criminal past would not be admissible. I haven’t seen any of the testimony. If Cindy blurted out something about it, the jury was likely admonished not to consider it.
*under water
Varmine tore open the bags her body was in after the water receded. Anything could have picked her remains clean. Her bones were found scattered around the location.
Jose is putting me to sleep 5 minutes into his closing argument. I can only imagine what the jury is doing.
“Your doubts result from ignorance of the evidence.”
Makes me a good juror, doesn’t it? I refuse to convict without evidence.
And you missed the SECOND time I got tossed in the klink...Yes, I have no faith in our justice system. It is garbage run by beaurocrats unable to earn a useful living.
The duct tape was put on to suffocate little Caylee other wise her jaw would have fell off. Am I listening to a different trial?
..people gotta stop with the conspiracy BS and see the truth for what it is, Casey MURDERED CAYLEE
THANK YOU!!!!!
FWIW, I think the chloroform evidence is even more important than the duct tape. A perp might duct tape a dead body, but she wouldn’t chloroform one. Chloroforming a child is child abuse. The child dies during or from the abuse, that’s murder one in FL, if I understand correctly. Casey Anthony didn’t actually have to intend to kill Caylee to be found guilty of capital murder.
Explained at trial.
