FWIW, I think the chloroform evidence is even more important than the duct tape. A perp might duct tape a dead body, but she wouldn’t chloroform one. Chloroforming a child is child abuse. The child dies during or from the abuse, that’s murder one in FL, if I understand correctly. Casey Anthony didn’t actually have to intend to kill Caylee to be found guilty of capital murder.
I agree totally with you. The duct tape application was after the fact to keep fluids from leaking out of the nose,ears and mouth. GUILTY of 2nd degree murder with aggravated child abuse! Equals the death penalty in Florida.
