I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

BS, that Fact that Casey is a liar has been stipulated by the defense and it is, in fact, a part of the defense. The Fact that Cindy lied has been documented by evidence provided by her employer. The jury could ignore the facts but they are facts.
Whether or not George had a mistress (no facts supporting this BTW) has nothing to do with the case against Casey, it's just defense chaff in an attempt to confuse facts.

That’s what I’m worried about. Also, given some of the adament voices of dissent on this thread - alot of it illogical - I’m very worried that there is someone on that jury who will just not be willing to convict based on some ludicrous idea that George is the murdering, molesting monster of this story.
What got the Feebies involved, anyone know? Just curious.
Based on what? You didn’t see the evidence presented at trial.

The tape was still stuck to her face bones with what was left of her hair. There were roots (weeds) growing through where her eyeballs should have been.
And the reason you’d be peremptorily stricken from any jury is your criminal past and resulting anti-prosecution bias would be uncovered on void dire.

Also, I missed a few days at the beginning of the trial. Did it come out that Cindy and Casey really got into it on June 15th about her bad mothering? Didn't Cindy accuse her of being unfit?

OMG, just some masterful lawyering from Jeff Ashton in his closing. But luckily you will be able to hear his rebuttal, which I’m sure will be equally brilliant.
Just a wild guess, but there was a report of a Caylee sighting on AirTran Flight 862 (Orlando to Atlanta). That could have been enough. Or maybe the local LE asked for assistance.
