That’s what I’m worried about. Also, given some of the adament voices of dissent on this thread - alot of it illogical - I’m very worried that there is someone on that jury who will just not be willing to convict based on some ludicrous idea that George is the murdering, molesting monster of this story.

I suspect there is evidence that could not be admitted about Casey's wild past and her stealing because it would have prejudiced the jury. Correct, xsmommy? I do recall that Cindy let it slip that the cops were talking to Casey about passing bad checks (or something like that) and then was shut right up. Obviously that was an "oopsie."

Also, I missed a few days at the beginning of the trial. Did it come out that Cindy and Casey really got into it on June 15th about her bad mothering? Didn't Cindy accuse her of being unfit?
