Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

Actually, I think the Judge is doing a good job. He is literate, cautious, and well versed. Also cognizant of the cost to taxpayers.
The case will inevitably get appealed - but not because of the judge.
I read the documents released..the evidence, saw the videos..I soon stopped watching all reports on TV unless new evidence was released..I was sick of Cindy, people talking about Cindy on trial blogs...
I feel there’s evidence that Casey hated her family more than she loved Caylee..
She did not like being dependent..did not want to answer to them..nor did she want to work.I can’t tell you exactly how it happened but I believe it was murder..It only takes a moment to premeditate..I believe she has been looking for a way out of her delimma since March.
She was hanging with people working and going to college..people who did not need a sitter to party.
She wanted to sleep with Tony that night and could not get her mom to sit..Something very sinister happened to Caylee so mom could go rent movies and spend the night and next day in Tony’s bed..Tony thought it was inappropriate for Caylee to spend the night there.
Casey caused Caylee’s death. I believe she had cloroform and and tape..Caylee was getting too old not to tell about where mommy really was when she was “working”
The state does not have to prove motive nor how she was killed.
NO mother keeps a dead beloved baby’s accidental death a secret and tosses that beautiful child into a swamp .
Casey is a world class liar..a narcissistic killer IMO
No one would not tell it was an accident when arrest was imminent..She waited in jail almost 3 years rather than tell it was drowning? Give me a break.
She is also already a convicted felon..None of her stealing came in..She stole from her grandfather’s nursing home acct..and Cindy also.
The family(Cindy) put up with her misdeeds way too long.
Could be because we are in unincorporated L.A. county and don’t have the restrictions. We still get to have fun, and we’re careful. BBQs and fireworks all day. At night it’s shock and awe; the whole sky is lit up. We can even see the Disneyland fireworks in the distance if the night is clear enough.
K. But you see no Bias. He did say at sidebar he wants a conviction and it is on the record. I think he is horrible.

Ugh. How recently did you hear that about Juror #4? On the day George had his breakdown the body language lady said she thought even Juror #4 “turned.” I hope so.

So how did George know the car was at Amscott 3 days before it was towed? I have been asking everyone. Or do you even care?

Gosh, I’m not sure when I heard it - maybe four or five days ago. I heard she is a prosecution’s nightmare, but when the prosecution wanted to release her from jury duty, (because she said she doesn’t ‘believe in judging anyone’), the defense objected vehemently, and the judge allowed her to stay.

Yes, that's very disturbing. I've stepped over into the premeditated camp (explained in an earlier post) but I do have to say you would think if Casey were planning a murder she would have had a better plan to dispose of the body.
Still, she is a narcissist and a sociopath, and I have to remind myself they don't think like the rest of us. They are "magical thinkers," as in "Casey's imaginary friends." She probably just figured, like Scarlett O'Hara, she'd "think about that tomorrow."

Yes. go google ( judge perry wants conviction). It is the lawyers on strike website. But i am not too good with computers. He said it at a sidebar. This guy should be disbarred. It is on record. Whatever happens it will be reversed. He is up for election in Orlando and has to get a conviction for the mob. I am not part of the lynch mob.
