The article is stating that Europeans and Asians (East Asians I believe) are a mix of Neanderthal and early human. More southern clime peoples are descended from pure human stock. Considering how countries like say France and Japan have developed compared to lets say Congo, what other conclusions can we draw from this finding. Do not hold your breath that there will be any study in the relative intelligence of Neanderthals and Humans.
