Whether she runs or not, I’m with Bachman 1st, Christie 2nd, Cain 3rd.
Perry is every bit the RINO that Mitt and Huckster are so that’s a non-starter.
But I have to admit no matter who gets the GOP nod, I’ll be pulling his/her lever come next November.

Come on!
Can't we all just agree that we would rot in the gutters of hell before we would vote for Romney?
The GOP race is between Romney and Palin. Pawlenty will finish 3rd and be Palin's VP pick.

A generic opposition candidate comes out in recent polls as beating the current White House resident. I think for those who follow Palin very closely, she would indicate by endorsing if she doesn’t run. But I think even if she decided not to, she’d be drafted to anyway, just judging by her support on here, and the feasibility of write-in victories in the internet era, as shown in her own state of Alaska recently. I can’t see Romney, Giuliani, or Gingrich, but most of the rest of the field seems acceptable, even if not anyone exciting. And we’d be well to be done with ‘exciting’ presidents anyway.

I guess I will pick another Conservative. Gotta root for the home town boy and he has taken every opportunity to slam Romney on Romneycare. Almost everyday.

Probably Perry, if he runs. Maybe Cain if Perry stays out. Otherwise I guess maybe Bachmann or Santorum.

Gonna work to get the most conservative Republican nominee to run against Obama. But at the end of the day, I will vote for the Republican nominee, whoever that may be. I simply will not risk Obama getting four more years by voting for a third party or not at all. Especially considering the fact that there may be additional Supreme Court vacancies within the next few years.

I know, you can’t mention Sarah not running without being flamed, but we do need to be prepared if she doesn’t run.
Disclaimer - I hate McCain, Romney and all other spineless politicians. Reagan is my hero and I won’t vote for compromise candidates.

I recently started to do searches on Perry, it seems he is has kept Texas’ economy going, keeping taxes low, cut spending — has an actual record, not just words.
He just called for a prayer meeting, is pro-life.
Also articulate, looks presidential and in my opinion he has an excellent chance of beating Obama, while none of the other GOP candidates or hopeful would.
Palin campaigned for him during his last re-election campaign and she mentioned him unprompted, just recently as a good addition to the current GOP candidates.
To: Private_Sector_Does_It_Better
Well, whether Palin decides to run or not; I have no preferences at the moment.

She’s running.
Just picking an opportune time to announce.
No need to worry.

If, I vote, I will write in Palin.

I live in Texas and I'm afraid he's getting built up to something he may not be able to meet. He has mainly made his mark in the last couple of years by smelling anger in the public. Before that, you didn't get a peep from him. He's bad on immigration, but is bitchin now because AZ is getting the press. He made some comment a couple of years ago about seceding from the union, which is always good for a Texan to get votes.( it's a Texas thing) He was for the Nafta highway until it was recently killed and beheaded.
We could do worse I suppose, but I just think people don't know about him and he will disappoint when they do.
The stuff about job creation and taxes is just what we do in Texas. We are a right to work state and have no income tax so we have good jobs and lower costs of living all my life. If it were between Palin and Perry, I would chose Palin, I think. He may surprise me, but I'm kinda pessimistic.

Nonsense!
If she doesn't run, she will endorse. That's what she's said all along.
This is only June. Very few have declared.
