With Limbaugh, I am pretty familiar with his format. Comes on at 7 after the hour. About 10 minutes of content, then commercials. Comes back for short segment before bottom of hour hard break. Back for another 10 minutes or so, then commercials. Back for short segment, then commercials. This one is a real scam, because he comes back just long enough to say he has to take a break, top of hour.

You are exactly right. I know when to listen and NOT to listen. Rush's content is around 35-36 minutes per hour. I subscribe to Rush 24/7 and download after the entire show is over. However....I deeply resent Rush's LIVE commercials. Around Mother's Day, Christmas, etc. he does at least four per show. I thought if one subscribes you get a commercial-free airing of the show. This is not the case. No matter what, you are subject to B and G Auto Parts, identity theft ads, Heritage Foundation, Pro Flowers, cherries---whatever. I don't begrudge his selling commercial time, but I thought his his $60.00/year subscribers could avoid that.

Yeah, I could see how that would be annoying. You’re paying for commercial free, then you get “Folks, let me tell you about Lifelock.” Yeah, the whole reason he is on the radio is to put some attractive content between the ads, but a subscriber shouldn’t have to hear it.
