Excellent example of how central government planning wastes resources.
My dog has his own language to “speak” to me.

I was thinking a Disney movie. And, yes, it would explain Scooby Doo.

The Germans could have used them to infiltrate our troops. I mean, some general could be going over the battle plans in his tent and he’d never suspect some dog sitting there scratching himself. And if anyone did get suspicious and started asking questions, the dog could just tell them who won the 1939 World Series.

I'm imagining some words, like "Luftwaffe" (which might have been rendered
wooft-woffah) would be easier than others, for instance "Stürmbahnsführer."
I just can't envision a dog wrapping his mouth around "Stürmbahnsführer."

Once dogs had access to the world wide web, such a project became feasible.

Well, this certainly explains my German Shepherd from all German blood lines. He’s so smart it is down right scary. It’s like having a toddler that uses baby sign language. He also has the worst temperament of any dog I’ve owned. He’s better suited for an East German prison camp than a family pet. He’s great with family, but he’s never been able to be socialized, and I’ve trained a lot of dogs. If you aren’t his pack, you’re dinner. Good thing I live in the boonies and have a fence. I figure he gives me time to get the safety off my gun. My NZ German Shepherds were absolute teddy bears. I guess they didn’t have enough German blood.

One mutt was said to have uttered the words 'Mein Fuhrer' when asked who Adolf Hitler was. When asked about Harold Camping.....
