She raked in more than $260,000 as the face of abstinence in one year alone and it seems Bristol Palin has used some of that cash to pay for a Hollywood makeover.
The 20-year-old single mother unveiled a new look as she walked the red carpet at the 10th anniversary of the Candies Foundation, which employs her as an advocate against teen pregnancy.
Her transformation has sparked internet rumours of plastic surgery, with observers nothing her jawline appears more angular and cheekbones more pronounced.
However, it is possible simple weight loss and careful grooming is the cause.
The former Dancing With The Stars contestant, who received cruel jibes about her weight during her time on the show, looked decidedly slimmer as she arrived in a one-shoulder dress and heels.
She topped off her glamorous look with hair extensions, fake eye lashes and fresh-faced make-up.
The daughter of former Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin didn't discuss her overhaul at the event, and refused to answer any questions that were not related to her abstinence campaign.

Couldn't say with 100% certainty she hasn't had any kind of medical assistance, but it would appear she's just lost weight. She's young enough to have the resilience and lose it naturally. She may resemble her mother, but she doesn't have the same frame. She'll never be petite, nor should she.
She looks fantastic.
She has lost some of her puppy fat. Her hair now partially conceals her chipmunk cheeks and has been done with a spiral iron. She has been given the Hollywood special nude lip-dark, smokey eye treatment. She looks nice, but like a lot of other women her age who appear on the red carpet. This is nothing new. I have seen pictures from the 1930s in which all the women have the same eyebrows, from the 40s in which they all have the same red, Joan Crawford lips, and from the 60s were they all have the same bouffant hair style.
Her chin looks way different. I would not even recognize her.

I agree. Weight loss can make a great deal of difference in the look of your face.
Didn’t mean to imply she doesn’t look great, she does; just that she doesn’t look like the Bristol we saw last year and if I saw the picture by itself, wouldn’t have recognized her.
Funny how the fat, big boob, and slutty joke abound when Meghan McCain photos are published. But with Bristol, its all fawning.
I think the kids of our politicians are off limits, even though they continually foist themselves on us.
This kid, with very little talent made $260,000 last year. God Bless her, but it is another indication of what is very wrong with this country.
