I happened to notice all the talk about the Soros connection to The Donald. Through the process of talking about this with others, and focusing in on Fortress, I couldn't make it work. Some of the articles in question seems to be poorly written that are giving people this idea. So I found something that's written straight up. Soros founded Grove. No way to mix that up.(above)

Now, Fortress Investment Group appears (by everything I've seen) to be very friendly with Soros' outfits.

From what I can tell, This article titled: Big names back Trump tower ; Soros, Deutsche Bank said to be in on 90-story building is primarily what has everybody's attention.

If anybody can point definitively to where Fortress is actually tied in with Soros,(money trails or advisory board members and so forth) by all mean present what you wish. But from what I can tell, the chicago tribune archive is listing Grove as the Soros group that's had a dealing with Trump. Fortress just appears to be a Soros friendly group.

Call me a stickler, but if we're going to advance this argument the details have to be correct. I just hope I didn't overlook something here.

I personally don’t care about someone’s politics when it comes to money or getting a loan. I only care about the Terms and Conditions.

You gotta get moola where you can and you only get it from people who are interested in you, your performance, the project and your ability to perform in the future as relates to this project, which could be a stepping stone for further financing from a person or group.

It isn’t political. It’s just money.

One would think, as much as he gets bashed on his show, that if Trump was tied to Soros, Glenn Beck would be on it, like white on rice.

Yet, I haven’t heard him link the two....yet.

I don’t know about the Stone angle but Fortress has been a major financeer of several of Trumps big projects.
