This would be a ploy to draw the outrage of the media & get a few headlines, all on the way to pointing out that the ObamCare Waivers are a quid-pro-quo for supporters that should be illegal. Yeah, it would be a stunt.

Article 1, Section 8.
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States....

Not within the President's authority.

How about an income/gas tax holiday for everyone for at least 1 year? Would never happen, but such a move would force a cut in government spending right away.

It would certainly bring awareness to many who have no idea about the ZeroCare waivers!!
