I would guess that the timestamp from today reflects copying a PDF from one location (hard drive?) to another location (website?). In other words, it was uploaded at 7:09 AM today.
It wouldn't show malfeasance.
I understand. I should have made a context reference. I wasn't seeing the same thing.

Also, right click and look at document properties. The pdf file was created at 12:09PM today. Not sure what that means.
