All we found from tilling the new garden last month was that the remodeling contractor had buried the old bathroom instead of hauling it off to the dump.

I watched this builder dig a big pit and put in a large amount of material. They made the house nice and the owner moved in. One day it started raining and the pit filled up. The nice brick wall then started moving to the right. Not a drain hole in the entire wall.
