If they had sent her to jail, Daye would still be alive.

Ya think Jesse Jackson will be at her trial?? Guess she won't need that scholarship.
How many lives did this piece of cr** ruin.

Thanks for the ping. Can’t say I’m surprised. She was a piece of trash five years ago and she’s a piece of trash now. I will never forget what she (and the media and all the liberal garbage) put those boys through five years ago.

I was listening to 680 AM and I swear I heard Roy Cooper saying that he hopes she gets treatment. I was only half listening before I knew the subject. Is he that pathetic?

You mean you heard that today?
Roy Cooper was hoping she would get treatment four years ago; he called her disturbed and refused to press charges against her.
Something else pathetic? The News Observer has disabled its comment board “numerous violations” of its policy. No one gave a d@mn about violations five years ago when the “rape” story first broke.
And who can forget that softball interview the News Observer published of Crystal, the soft spoken college student who was just trying to support her kids? Oh, gag me! I still get angry over this story.

You mean you heard that today? Yes! But, I bet the recording was from back then, now that you mention it. That makes sense. Thanks!

Late to get back to you. Thanks for the ping. Hard to know what to say. She should have gone to jail at the time the Duke Three were acquitted, but everyone wanted to make nice and let it go because it was so racially charged. Now someone is dead. I'm sorry for everybody in this except Ms. Mangum.

Hey, did anyone read her book? Was she still claiming to be raped? If I could be sure she wouldn't see a penny of it, I'd like to read that.

Sorry, no. I’m picky about the fiction I read.
