O'Reilly went over his talking points. He said he called the state of Hawaii and he says they do have a legitimate birth certificate for Obama.

Seems every time someone opens his mouth on this issue, new questions follow. Wonder what the new contradictions and subsequent new questions will be tomorrow?

It all hangs on the COLB
On this so called COLB, it refers to his race as “African”. Well, I’m sorry. “African” is not a race. Back in the early 60’s, the listed race of a black person on a birth certificate was either “Colored” or “Negro”. That is just a simple fact. This “COLB” is nothing more than a politically correct forgery.

Correction on above- it refers to his father’s race as “African”.
So if Hawaii allows you to have a COLB without state or territory then why would it indicate being born in Hawaii?

I’ve seen numerous others posting that a BC must be shown to get a driver license, etc., as you did.
I’m 68 and only have had to show my BC to join the US Navy, obtain a Top Secret security clearance a few years later at a defense contractor and then employment at another defense contractor later on; as well as Social Security enlistment.
Perhaps the requirements for a BC disclosure differ from State to State, but those are the only circumstances here in Texas that required me to provide my BC.
If you obtained a top secret security clearance they use the soc. I believe they ask you some personal information as well. When I went to get my marriage license they would only accept a certifiec opy with raised seal.
For a certification of live birth anyone can walk into the office up to a year after a child is born and make claim child was born there. I do not think the child needs to be present. It doesnt require any identifying information etc. whereas a birth certificate is detailed.
