Rush DID NOT say that Trump will be on this week. He said he will try to get him on and pretty sure that he could do it. Okay, I’m splitting hairs here but this sort of thing is what the main stream media does all the time, misquote someone.

I can promise you with celestial certitude that if Barack Obama, contacts the HI Dept of Records and tells them to shoot him a certified copy of his long form BC he will have it within hours. Or for that matter if he wants a certified copy of your birth certificate the FBI will be glad to oblige.

Hawaiian election laws, media accounts and post-dated documents reveal he may have attended a private hearing with the Hawaiian Chief Elections Officer regarding his disqualification from the Hawaiian ballot due to lack of certified Constitutional eligibility.

We're sort of in the same boat. I was a sympathetic observer of the whole thing until I started looking deeper into it this past weekend. There's some serious nutter stuff associated with the birther viewpoint, eg promoting "facts" that have been disproven, etc. I get the BC issue as an attention getter for Trump. The issue distinguishes him from the pack. But if you are going to introduce yourself as a "smart guy" every time you are interviewed and then recite stuff that's been disproved, you look like an idiot. It tarnishes Trump, and reflects badly on all of us conservatives.

I don’t mean to insult Sarah with this, but, yes, she could learn a lot from Trump on how to control a conversation / interview. The MSM can get her off message pretty quickly. She would make a perfect Veep for Trump, and a great President for the 8 years thereafter.

I wince too at believing the old Grandma in Africa. I seriously doubt that an underaged pregnant girl would allow herself to be taken across the seas to Africa to give birth.
But there is nothing "shaming" for conservatives or Trump for pointing out that Obama was never vetted as natural born, and that there is plenty of circumstantial evidence that he MAY NOT BE. That is fact. To behave like the Obamabots and media is the shameful choice. "Well, of course he is eligible! He won, didn't he?" That's like saying that Madoff should have gotten to keep all that money, since he got it, didn't he?
Are you kidding me? I just showed you where the Founding Fathers changed the presidential eligibility from 'being a born Citizen' to being a 'natural born Citizen' and the reason why they did so. What more proof do you need?
So who says Rush is endorsing anyone? Trump is in the news with his current attack on Obama and Rush deals with the news..........That's what he does. Your interpretation of Rush giving air time as an endorsement of Trump is silly at best.........

To the extent that Rush has pushed anyone at this point, it has been Sarah Palin. And she is not exactly one of the elites. About Trump, he has only said that he likes him as a guy to golf with. He let people come on who went on rants against Trump. I think he is enjoying the attention to the birth certificate issue, and I think he was a little sensitive to the charge that he did nothing on that issue for the last 3 years.
I don’t think Rush is making an endorsement, he’s merely having The Donald on his show. He’ll probably have other candidates on as well, if they’re as entertaining as Trump.
The cheap SOB does not have ball washers on his golf courses. So wash your own, I guess.
I’m not talking about the requirement of being a natural-born citizen. I’m saying there are no requirements that you need to show to PROVE it. By law, Obama didn’t even have to show us his COLB, but he would been stupid not to because anyone who had standing (that is to say directly negatively affected by him acting in his role as president, for example if John McCain wanted to sue after he lost) the courts would certainly make Obama prove it.
The bad news is that in any case, ANY court would accept his COLB as satisfactory. If this went to the SCOTUS, you would not have one justice rule that the short form COLB, which is based off the long form birth certificate, is insufficient. I would bet a very large sum of money that you wouldn’t get one judge. I would be everything I own you wouldn’t get two.
Another thing: if AZ passes a law requiring his long form birth certificate, Obama will give them his COLB. If they refuse, Obama will sue and win for the same reason I just mentioned.
I want him out of office as badly as you do, but this is a loser, non-issue for us. We can beat him on the issues. If we can’t do that, we’re screwed anyway.
