I’d be damned before I’d have a cat and an infant living in the same house. Give the cat to someone who would love and appreciate it. (obviously not you, TSgt). But do not keep a cat with an infant.
My Grandpa would have said get a Remington 870 to take care of the cat. (He disliked cats immensely)? I've never owned a cat but I don't dislike them. But if I found one on my Daughter's crib it would have been an ex-cat. Its just creepy... especially when you consider the old wives tale about cats stealing the baby's breath.
