"And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, [shall he] not much more [clothe] you, O ye of little faith?" -- Matthew 6:28-30
Unfortunately, I had a rotten day today. I was going to simply post a picture of a pretty flower and Matthew 6:28 was the verse that came to mind when it came time to caption. Then, I thought about it, and remembered the rest of Jesus' words.
Thank you, Lord, for the inspiration of Your Word in my life. Thank you for the comfort this word brings and for the great promises You give to those who love You.
And thank you for reminding me that I am never alone. In Jesus' name, Amen.
