They just need to get honest and rename it "Section Eight Blvd." Detroit can be renamed "Section Eight Rd." That'd put COSTCO right there at the nexus of it all.

Hey, don't go hatin' on Costco. It's the only place in town where gas is still under $4.00/gallon, or at least it was on Tuesday morning when I filled up.
