Fire each person that called in sick. Put out an advertisement to universities asking for recent grads or those graduating in May, willing to teach. By next Sept they will have a whole bunch of new teachers, excited, young, motivated, and cheap.
Then other state Governors should invite the head of the teachers union to join him for a press conference, point to Wisconsin, and request they too go on strike.
