Yeah, I had a fender bender in Minneapolis once where a guy pulled out of a parking lot from behind a pile of snow, right into my path. I hit the brakes (this was in the day before automatic anti-lock brakes) and skidded right into him at low speed with the brakes frozen.

Pulled into the lot to exchange insurance info, and as soon as I went back to my car to get my insurance info, he got into his car and high-tailed it away.

Took me about 5 minutes to realize, he had been pulling out of a bar...
