The show was not only a liberal hit piece, they had some of the dumbest liberals in America as "specialist". This idiot economist from MIT, Simon Johnson, actually blamed Ronald Reagan for the current deficits and said that the economy got much worse under Reagan. One wonders how these people get this stupid so early in life. I suppose one of his grants was cut in the 80s and he figured life must have been hard for everyone.
Anyway, don't waste your time. The hit pieces are sometimes ok, I get a little bias and can live with it. This thing was just abject stupidity.

HBO did a special on HBO? They should be careful. I’m told that someone tried something similar by typing ‘google’ into Google. The internets haven’t been the same since.
They did try hard (mostly by his loser jr) but could not hide his greatness.

I just watched the Reagan one on PBS.
90% slam, 10% barely fair.
IMHO, Don’t bother watching it.
PBS is NOW showing one on Nancy.

I watched it and was thoroughly disgusted. The first 30 minutes was fair so I continued watching. When they started on the segment about his presindency it was nothing but a hit job. They painted Iran Contra as something he should have been impeached for, the economy was only good for the rich, unions were destroyed, the USSR fell on its own, and last but not least he was just an amiable dunce. Oh yeah and they blamed him for AIDS too.
Then they had some former Republican start praising Carter about how he was right after all. I thought I would puke at that point. Ron Jr. was a nauseating POS and of course they did not interview Michael for his perspective.
The segment on his death was entitled, “Death of a Salesman.” When this travesty was finally over, the song they played was some goofy song, that went “We had joy we had fun we had seasons in the sun.”
I am cancelling my HBO first thing tomorrow. It is obvious the libtard media is going all out to control what we hear and see. Like AOL buying the Huffington Post is another sttempt to consolidate and control internet media.
We had HBO several years ago as part of an introductory package deal. It was nothing but crap all the time, so we were happy to dump it. I miss it like I miss a cracked tooth.
Believe it or not, I do not have HBO. I just download whatever I want over the web.
I did not even watch the Super Bore. Both teams blow.
Well, at least on this one on Nancy, the first 30 minutes were balanced. The last five have took a DEFINITE turn back to the “hit job” I watched on her husband RWR.
I have found that most HBO Specials are on HBO and since I refuse to pay for HBO I don’t have HBO nor do I care about HBO but between the 2 of us HBO just got another 500 hits on their website.

The libs tried so hard to seem fair and balanced by including opposing views. They dragged in his black sheep son to practically narrate it.
The bottom line is Time Warner is a liberal outfit.
Their moral of the story was...Reagan was a human being and not God. Not really coming down off the mountain with the tablets there with shocking news breaking journalism.
Humans are imperfect. That’s why conservatives want to limit their power. Libs want other people to run their life.
