Biden would be light years better. At least he is American and someone in his family probably did something once that was good for America. The country is headed for bankruptcy and O will do even more damage in the next two years. Some people here are so stupid.
At this point, I'll take him. Any damage Biden did to the Country would be incidental and accidental compared to the purposeful and structured damage hussein is doing.

No. There is no line of succession for VP. If the VP becomes President, then the VP becomes vacant and the President will nominate a Vice President, who is then confirmed by both chambers of Congress.
