I have had it with the media always protraying the Republican Party and its members/supporters as violent an/or inciting violence. Whats worse is that Republicans never fight back when they are asked if members of its party(Palin and Rove) and certain media (Limbaugh and Beck)are culpable in the violence. If the Republican pary lays down like it did in 1995, after Oklahoma City, I will be done giving money and support to them.
The party and its leaders MUST fight back and use examples of the other side's blantant hypocrisy on this issue. In the history of american politics, no two politicians have been maligned more by the democratic party and the media than George W. Bush and Sara Palin.
The Republicans need to point this out with specific examples and remind whomever the interviewer is that the media honored people such as the Dixie Chicks, Micheal Moore, Cindy Sheahan and Kayne West and treated them as patriots who spoke truth to power, but call tea pary members racist and violent.
The worst offender is Keith Olberman. Every time a Republican is asked if Limbaugh and Palin should bear some responsibility for what happened today, he/or she should remind them of the last 10 years of Democrats doing the following:
*The protesters who threw eggs at Bush's car during his inaugural.Imagine the outrage if tea party members did this during the Obama inaugural.
*Video of Gore yelling that Bush betrayed the country
*Kieth Olberman calling Cheney a terrorist and Bush a facist on his show.
There is so many more examples, especially regarding Palin, but tea party members and Repulicans need to bring these things up. Plus they should mention Obama's buddies William Ayres and the Rev. Wright.
I agree but we’ve really got our work cut out for us. The commies own the “media”.

That is right, but the damn Republicans are too gutless to take on the media. This is where the real offensive needs to be. Forget supporting anyone unless they agree that the left wing media are the vanguard of the left. The media must be defeated before the Democrats can be defeated. So many on the right just seem so oblivious to this most obvious fact.

2) The evidence does not pan out the way the left wants it to. They can only scream made up BS, while the facts dont move.

when will GOP leaders take a stand and demand this crap stop?? when will they have the ballz to call out the media?? we put many of these people into office in Nov- its time we demand they stand up for us the way we stood up for them!!
Absolutely right. The MSM will be consumed if America fails and these idiots are blind fools not to see if this failure occurs they will be taken over.
And other stuff that should be mentioned at this time:
—the way Judge Roll was threatened; how he and his wife needed 24/7 protection after a ruling he made in favor of prosecution of illegal immigration,
—the fact that many Republicans were “targeted”, visually, in ads/commercials by the democraps
—that the perp, based on his reading material, was more likely a leftist than a conservative. And that there are absolutely NO links to him and Palin, Beck, Rush, etc.
But you’re right; conservatives must defend themselves (verbally, of course) against these attacks, and not just ignore them as Bush used to do. The left is as vitriolic as ever and will use this to their benefit. This is what they do best - play the “victim” card.
Not only that, when the Democrats lose the house or senate, they totally disregard the election results and continue to behave and talk as if they are the party in control..and for them it works because the Republicans have never learned what it means to win and behave as winners, they get rolled and we who elect them get upset with them.
The TEA Party has nothing to do with this terrible event but the main stream media are going to paint this as their work..they will be smeared as if they are as bad as the KKK.

Just now on Geraldo (ugh), David Webb (founder of Tea Party 365) was rightfully slamming (politely:-) the Daily Koz, Paul Krugman, Linda Lopez and others of their ilk for spouting trash that the Tea Party movement and conservatives have been advocating and inciting violence. He said that, as public figures, they need to be responsible and apologize for such untrue rhetoric.
