Everyone on this thread should understand that the very, very liberal city of Seattle has raised these attackers to believe that they have immunity from social and civil constraints because of both age and ethnicity. This applies not only to the attackers, but to the children making children at an age when they can't even care for themselves. As, pointed out, they are correct (for the most part).

Their behavior is normal and becoming more prevalent in the Seattle area.

In the rare case ruffians might be prosecuted for videotaped crimes, juries are so self-loathing and self-guilty they turn the other cheek.
