one interesting quote, emphasis added, "..I don't see a need for discrete [standalone Nvidia or Advanced Micro Devices] graphics at the very low end."

The tradeoff might make sense in the Air models if it helps with battery life, but it would be a shame to lose the 3d power in the pro models.
