A woman believed to be the world's fattest at 700lbs is facing a battle to shed weight after being told by doctors she could die. Terri Smith is confined to her bedroom in her Shaker Heights, Ohio home unable to move, stand or roll over by herself. Suffering from severe headaches which doctors fear could stem from a brain problem, Terri urgently needs a brain scan - but is too big to fit inside an MRI machine.

At her level a couple hundred pounds of her weight is probably water which would be very difficult to get rid of even with medication.

I feel compassion for the woman and have no urge to make fun of her. Prayers for her will work much better than ridicule. What she needs is tough love and someone who loves her to stand up against her overeating abuse instead of buying her the food she stuff's her face with.
People this big are eating 9-12,000 calories per day. The 1000 lb guy from Mexico was eating 2 whole chickens just for one meal(not counting sides dishes, pop etc).

Since she can’t move aren’t her “helpers” really enablers? Stop bringing her deep-fried twinkies or whatever. Gradually wean her off the 8,000,000 calorie diet. Sheesh!
