You need to go into your Facebook settings and block the Instant Personalization. That is how you block Yelp, Pandora and Docs.com.

The FB settings are one of the biggest PITA’s that I’ve ever seen. Notoriously hard to find out what does what exactly.

And of course they don’t go out of their way to TELL YOU...
