Tuscany.

GEORGE: Of course he is. There’s got to be houses for rent in Tuscany. Do you

know how big Tuscany is?

JERRY: I have no idea.

GEORGE: It it’s huge. It’s probably like North Dakota.

Not too accurate...Tuscany is only about one-fifth as large as North Dakota, and has no flickertails. On the other hand, it has better wines.

North Dakota is roughly as large as peninsular Italy plus Sicily (that is, everything except the Po Valley, Liguria, Venezia, and Sardinia).
