Recent events reveal billions of our tax dollars (disguised as US foreign aid) were being kept warm in corrupt Columbia......until Clinton felt the coast was clear to setup The Clinton Foundation's secret investment fund .

It is high time that state governments help vet federal budgeting. State legislatures could collectively appoint a term-limited budget overseer whose approval is required to finalize any foreign aid and as many spending increases as possible [regardless of inflation].

And ... we should initiate a time-limited constitutional amendment to excoriate. Hillary in jail is not enough. Bill Clinton, many in the treasury department, many in the ‘just-us’ department, many in the federal judiciary, and most of their cronies deserve public humiliation, RICO-like penalties, etc.
