In the Galilee region of Northern Israel, a tourist captured this video footage of three horses galloping down the road in the opposite lane in front of them.
The scene soon took a bizarre turn however, when a car came towards the horses. The two smaller horses swerved to avoid the vehicle, but the third horse decided to try his equestrian skills by jumping over the car instead. Unfortunately he was a tad bit low on his jump, because the horse leaped straight at the car putting his front legs through the windshield before jumping out and over the roof.
Rest assured though, reports are that the car may have been irreparably damaged but the driver only suffered minor cuts from smashed glass, while the horse was barely injured.

Ever been to a polo match? Cars and horses can get too close for comfort there.

Why I like mares. At least you can breed them and get good babies.

What’s the horse wearing? Some kind of horse blanket?
When I think of Israel the last thing I think of is horses (for some reason).

My horse would have just stopped & looked at the car until it moved around him. You are right, the vet bills are expensive. I have a rescued TB gelding. He is a bit confused at times & has a mind of his own but I love him anyhow.

LOL. I love it. When my youngest was in Basic training at Benning his bunk mate had the misfortune of having a deer run over him when it couldn't jump over him while they were all running track. He almost suffered a fractured ankle and nearly had to process into another graduation date. The poor young man was haunted by the event weeks later when they all met the Sgt in charge of them during live fire exercises. The young man asked if he could actually get shot. The Sgt. retorted none of his Soldiers have ever been shot before, but you never know because some poor SOB actually got run over by a deer a few weeks back while running track.

I hear ya. That’s one of the first rules that I had to learn when we moved to Maine. There aren’t many lone deer out there.

Stop offering the Vet a beer. Break out the whiskey and watch your bills go down.

The first place to look is what she’s being fed. Perhaps she’s allergic to something in her diet. Is the water good? Is there fungus or mold growing where she sleeps or spends most of her time?
Have you forgotten Granny’s old saying about, “Clean up the house and the kids get healthy again.”

Your younger sister? Does that push you back to the oxen days? I had no idea you were that old! My goodness, you have lived an unusual life, haven’t you?

Stop offering the Vet a beer. Break out the whiskey and watch your bills go down.I have a great vet, one of the most respected in the US. He and the other guys and women in his practice are fantastic, and believe me, they get anything they want, including Woodford Reserve!
