No treatment required, it's not a "disorder" unless it negatively affects my ability to function on a day-to-day basis, or intereferes with my social interactions. The only people my narcissism negatively affects are the jealous, nobody, sour-grapes wannabe's who envy my exquisitely gifted persona.
