I remember one of this earlier capers where he put patients to sleep for surgery and played “soothing thoughts” into headphones they had installed and then went on to claim that these patients “did better” than those who didn’t have the same “soothing thoughts”. Tort Reform would not only reduce malpractice insurance premiums, it would reduce defensive medicine, which is the practice of ordering unnecessary tests, treatments, and medication, all to avoid potential lawsuits.
Cost? $250 Billion per year!
The other obvious solution for healthcare cost is to allow insurance companies to compete across state lines.
Until these two elements are implemented, you can be sure the government is attempting to LIMIT YOUR ACCESS TO THE BEST HEALTHCARE!!!
