WoW! That is Verrrrry Niiiice!! Not overblown (which I tend to be ;-)) but understated with dignity. You let the words speak for themselves.

I keep forgetting to tell you that all of October has been a huge Poe read festival in Decatur. The featured poem was, of course, The Raven.

The local theatre here has shown all of the old movies made from Poe works and there have been great reads at both the theatre and the local library - even a one man play. Plenty of interest on the part of the under 50 crowd, but mostly everyone has been interested in some part of the festival.
