Will have a stress test next week. Am beginning to think it was a respiratory allergic reaction to putting down some Diatomaceous earth in the house w/o proper ventilation. I should have known better.
Many thanks for all your prayers and words of support. Mrs. GBC cried a little today when I showed her the thread.
You folds are my best friends. You're the best.

Did they check for pericarditis? That can look like a heart attack, and you need antibiotics for it.
Glad you’re okay, anyway. :-)

did they think it could be mild angina...I woke up one morning with bad chest pain....when I decided to go to the doctor he gave me a prescription for angina NITRO pills...they so far have stopped the unstable angina discomfort I occasionally get...the stress test was for this old lady not good, but they gave me some medication so that the test could be completed off the machine...passed it if one can do the treadmill machine its easier on you than the IV medication...
Glad things are OK with you.....

Ask your doctor about Costochondritis. It is a painful but harmless inflammation of the chest cartilege and is often mistaken for a heart attack.
Doctors aren’t sure what causes it...a virus, maybe.
Good Luck.

"...Ask your doctor about Costochondritis..."
I'm going to argue with my doctor this afternoon about anesthesiologists canceling a needed surgery due to my disclosure of a self-diagnosed Prinzmetal angina.
It's "a heart attack" I've experienced perhaps a hundred times over the last twenty years.
