It's the news her legion of male admirers have dreaded – voluptuous Mad Men star Christina Hendricks is going on a diet.

The 35-year-old, who has a stunning 39D-30-39 figure, has told friends she wants to lose more than two stone (28 pounds) to conform with Hollywood’s svelte stars.

Christina has become an icon of curvaceousness, thanks to her role as Joan Holloway in the Sixties-set drama.

Christina has got sick of all the talk of her being the curviest woman in Hollywood. For her it basically meant she was being called fat,’ says a source.

(snip) ‘Christina’s cut out carbs, and alcohol, although she’s not a big drinker. She’s eating fish oil to break down fat and pak choi and edamame nearly every meal. She hopes the first stone will fall off in the next month or so.’

You chics are fighting a losing battle. The "are you going to believe me or your lying eyes" argument will never prevail. Hips and waist determine curves. If you are fat you are fat. If you are straight up and down you don't have curves. Again, you chics may convince eachother, but forget trying to convince us men.

LOL Dude...I was making a literal statement. Yes hips and waist translate to curves but that hip to waist ratio is determined by a high estrogen to testosterone ratio which results in fat deposited on the hips and a lack of fat and muscle at the waist. Even skinny women owe whatever curves they have to fat.
