Communist Party HQ is on West 23rd Street. Maybe they released those silvery balloons. :)

I was driving south on Interstate 84 toward Hartford, CT about this time and I recall a few “flashes” in the bright afternoon sun off to my left at an elevation 60 degrees or so above the horizon. I saw no “object” and didn’t pull over to get a better look.
