Really question that guy's story. Seemed too sure of distances and altitudes at 2:00 AM in the morning. I mean 20000 ft. at 60 miles????
Whole description just doesn't ring true. This is one of those cases where I would like to see multiple witnesses from different locations in order to give it any creditability.

We just got back from Port Aransas. Sunday morning, we saw a series of water spouts coming from a band of clouds that looked less than ominous. (no lightening/thunder and very little rain.
