Good evening. That is a grove of aspen trees turning. The 'aspen viewing' is spectacular here and extremely popular this time of year.
Those fish are in the freezer. I'm eating fish I caught earlier in the summer that were in the freezer.

I don’t believe I’ve ever seen an aspen. I know I mentioned a few weeks ago that it felt autumnal here. The leaves are falling but I think it is due to the drought. The temps were around 100 F today.

The trout looked so yummy. I envy you, fresh from the river to the freeZer to the pan. OH YUM.
The aspen made a wonderful splash against the evergreens, and THE LAKE was spectacular. Thank you for sharing.
