Susan Miller was so mad that she stepped into dog droppings left by her neighbor's pet, she didn't waste time in sending back a smelly gift, according to police.
The Naperville woman allegedly gathered up the excrement and threw it at the neighbor's sliding patio screen Wednesday night. She also strung several plastic bags filled with dog feces "on various places on the patio," police said.
Miller was charged with disorderly conduct.
these are my favorite threads
“There are some dog owners ... that purposely have their dogs poop on YOUR property.”
Several times I’ve looked across the road, watched a guy leave his property while walking his dog. He purposely looks to see if his neighbor is around. When his neighbor isn’t, he allows his dog to do his business on the neighbor’s lawn.
The guy walking the dog is a policeman.
“I did the same thing once, not quite as bad. Just took a shovel and threw the turds on my neighbors driveway.”
Ditto.
We call them land mines.
If your city has a leash law it might also have a poop law. I live in the county but I think the city has fines for not picking up poop. I have also seen other cities that have such laws.
Disorderly conduct is what the police charge you with when you haven’t broken any law, but they want to arrest you.
This woman deserves a medal and a reward. Too many people today are rude and inconsiderate.
Double ditto. My mom used to send me out as a kid to return the turds to their proper owner.

Those patio lanterns make great repositories for things like that....
NOT GUILTY
and I don’t mean because of the mugshot
I would have done the same thing, I don’t like dogs!
As I type, the aroma of poop is in the air. My neighbor is burning a pile with rubbish!
that should have said 23 years ago...
My neighbor has a sign out to tell folks to remove their dog excrement. I agree with his sentiment completely. Many times I am walking three dogs with six bags in my pocket. I always clean up after my dogs - any dog owner who fails to clean up does not deserve to have their dog. Over time they can ruin it for us responsible dog owners as dog ownership laws get more restrictive.
We have a zero tolerance policy at Dog Agility Trials. Try getting away with not cleaning up after your dog there.
I also did the same thing - just threw it back on their driveway. We had small children at the time who were always outdoors. Nothing worse than having a child come in the house with dog poop all over their shoes from our own yard (we had no dog)! Our neighbors were just plain and simple irresponsible and lazy dog owners.
